ExpoPrint 2026: Our honest review
Measurable success takes time. While this report comes a few months after ExpoPrint ConverFlexo 2026 in São Paulo, the delay comes with good reason: we have been busy converting the sheer volume of leads, high value contacts, and resulting workload generated at the show. The true impact of presenting a company’s technology cannot be measured on the trade show floor, it is proven by the real business created in the months that follow.
The presence at the ExpoPrint 2026 marked a major milestone for Reprointelligence. As a pioneer in genuine AI supported hig-end color management and print data preparation for professional media, this was our first exhibition hosting an independent booth, standing alongside established global providers of printing machinery, software, and industrial services.
Compared to other industry events we have attended or cohosted, the audience quality and overall concept of ExpoPrint set a high benchmark. Even though our primary OEM focused tools and services can feel abstract to first time observers, our value proposition resonated strongly. We connected directly with enterprise print leaders, securing multiple high value opportunities. The ongoing client work generated from these contacts currently utilizes our full capacity, proving that Reprointelligence addresses the exact pain points of modern print operations.
Our software unleashes the true potential of industrial equipment across Offset, Heatset, Flexo, and Digital environments. The seamless output compatibility of our platform, combined with our team’s deep domain expertise, sparked rich, technical discussions with industry experts both during and after the exhibition. We were particularly energized by the strong interest from visitors across Brazil, broader South America, and China. Beyond generating new leads, the show allowed us to deepen relationships with long standing partners from around the world.
A key driver of this momentum was our partnership with Jorge Maldonado of Aeprotec, who joined Reprointelligence as a Trusted Partner in January 2026. Jorge has been instrumental in promoting and demonstrating our software suite, as well as conducting on site system integrations and technical trainings under our shared banner.
ExpoPrint 2026 confirmed that the industry is ready for real AI integration in prepress and data preparation, and Reprointelligence is uniquely positioned to deliver it.
